Pinterest Customer Service

Customer service is very poor no way to resolve problems :(

How can any company get by with ZERO customer service? I see someone threatened to report to the BBB, I'll also do that. Shame on you for such abysmal business practices!

The phone is not working. So annoy.

Pinterest has the worst customer service EVER. They cannot be reached by email or phone. The emails that I have sent to them have gone unanswered. Fix that, Pinterest.

I've been having a 502 error that does not allow me to log in but all the emails I get from Pinterest keep saying" we can not verify you unless you are logged in" "ARE YOU KIDDING ME" If I could LOG in I would not have the problem now would I.

Sound like they need to be reported to Better business bureau, if I don't get my problem resolved to my satisfaction, that is what I will do.

have requested to unsubscribe over and over again in ass many ways as I can think of. called phone many times and no answer. have tried to email multi times and email failed. SOMEBODY HELP!!!

I agree with the first comment I'm having the same problem...something needs to be done.

If you have any issue with your pinterest account including their server not working properly you are unable to reach anyone. They simple refer you to their lame online support that is unable to fix the problem when it is on their end. Companies like this should not be in business as they have no customer service. I thought they would be different - now I see that they are as bad if not worse than facebook at fixing their issues.
