I called 9 stores in the TC area looking for an item with no luck, and feeling like the asoc. did not even look for my item. Than I called the Richfield store and talked to a Keng (sorry if spelt wrong) in the men's department. Who took the time and found the item for me. Great Job! Called back to see if it could be sent to me and the Manager was great also. Thank you to all in Richfield Marshalls
