Loreal Customer Service

3 months ago i went to USA. Because i didnt bring my day cream and night cream from Indonesia so i bought in USA. I bought Loreal Collagen moisture filler/combleur hydratan (the colour of that bottle is blue) for i used at night and day cream sunscreen revitalift anti wrinkle + firming with spf 18 for morning. I feel comfortable with the product, feels soft and cool. But now when im back to Indonesia i am very hard and difficult to find these products here. Please tell me how to get these products in Indonesia. So many thanks for your feedback. ( Mila Noviani )

I had an issue where the Casting Creme Gloss was named "auburn", yet it turned my hair almost black, a dark, gothic purple. I sent them an email asking them to reconsider the colours because purple and auburn are not the same (researching online made me realise I was not the only one with this complaint). Two weeks ago the email was sent, and I have only received an automated email and no reply since. Terrible customer service and I will be telling people not to buy their products: if something goes wrong you are likely to be ignored.
