Project # 362254437, Sales # 1708336 Store: 2400 W Memorial Rd OK City GM Jason Simpson has not responded to issue of Lowe's salesperson miscalculating tile quantity. 660 sq ft requested, 43 boxes calculated, only 305 sq ft in those 43 boxes delivered. Paid for 660 sq ft of tile. Project bottlenecked. Store has information, appears to be avoiding issue. Please help.
