I went to get an oil change and inspection and they lost the cap while doing the oil change, it took them almost 2hrs to find it and the owner was extremely rude and wouldn't even offer an apology nor a discount he said that if I didn't pay him he would keep my keys it was horrible, I called their costumer service line and I was told they couldn't help me because they are independently owned?? then why have a number on their door.
