I have been a loyal costumer of AT&T since they took over Cingular.I made a payment with a rep & scheduled another payment for the following week for the balance on my bill...I was on the phone with her for about an hour,she was very sweet & very talkative.She failed to post on my account the second payment arrangement,so AT&T suspended my service although I had a confirmation text for it.They now want to charge me $40.00 for restoring my service "a mistake they made" This is very unfair to me!!! They will have to take me to the end of the world to make me pay for this fee!!! I'am Livid!!! Thank God I didn't renew my contract with them!!! moving forward,here I come SPRINT :)))
