I have had bundled service with AT&T and Dish TV for many years. Anytime there is an issue with the Dish TV service, there is no one to assist. I call AT&T and am advised they now partner with another TV provider and refer me to Dish.... I call Dish and they say since it is bundled I have to talk to AT&T... I call AT&T who apologizes and refers me back to Dish who also apologizes and refers me back to AT&T. This goes around for 2 or 3 days until I just get tired of trying. I even called the executive complaint department who agreed to file a complaint however it would take 2 to 3 bus days for me to receive a call back. REALLY!?
