I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hrs; over an hr yesterday. I cancelled dialup last month; still billing. No one wants to talk to me. I did get a live person yesterday, 'till she found out what I was calling about, and sent me back to where I had been (supposedly) and then nothing but bad music. It is like the old SNL skit. "we don't care. we we don't have to. we're the phone company.
