review and question

I purchased a new Ultra CVO at the Highway 101 dealership in Coos Bay Oregon, and have put 1000 miles on it, but am having problems with the gas gauge and speedometer. They have back order the parts but it has been two weeks, is there anyone in the parts factory that can get those parts to them so I can ride my bike before it starts raining?? We have a very short time to ride in Oregon, so I am desperate to put more miles on my CVO???

brekdown repair

we were on a ride 8-10 in PA and we had a bike develop elec problems. luckily we were only 10 miles from HORSEPWER HD in Wiliamsport PA.the service dept brought the bike in and determined we had a bad voltage reg. they had the part and were back on the road in 90 min. what a great dealership I cannot say enough good about the way we treated

About Precision HD in Pawtucket,RI

I went into this HD Dealer on a Monday and nobody even acknowledge my presence or said anything? I walked around and there were alot of employees working there but nobody asked if they could help me? The lights in the back room for merchandise to buy was off so I couldn't look at anything. I checked out the clearance racks but nobody was there to assist me to ask if I needed anything or wanted to purchase any merchandise? I won't ever go to that dealer again. I then went to Ocean State Harley Davidson on Tuesday in Exeter,RI and they were very pleasant and helpful? They actually said Hi!!! What is wrong with Precision HD Employees? Don't they realize they lost a sale and this kind of behavior will lose them business??? Just thought you should know.
