I have tried for two days to get a response from customer service about my order with no response. When I look it up on line it's like I don't even exist. Yet I checked with my bank and the money was taken from my account. This order was for a very " special child ". I already live on a tight budget and now I don't even exist in their system. How can that be when they collected the money out of my account. Very disappointed with this company. They need to resolve this!!!!!!!!!!!
