I bought a coby camcorder CAM5005 late April, it arrived without the battery. Since early May I have made several attempts to get the battery to no avail. First of all the contact phone numbers in the manual are ALWAYS busy regardless of the time of day. So I contacted you by email. Even though I sent the model number, your people have sent me 6 batteries that are all the wrong batteries. Now they have decided not to reply my emails.
