I pay my bill on line I accidentally click the authorize button twice, I paid double. Immediately I called the office that was Thursday they told me it will be 24 hours, I called daily they told me a different lie each time. This is day number eight(8) I have not received my refund. This is what kind of service I have to deal with. POOR, SLOPPY, and a bunch of liars.
