VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
Did you know that even after you pay your deductible to this company for a 'new phone', a refurbished phone will be sent to you? Did you know that this company will tell you that you have a 12 month warranty on the replacement phone but really it's only 7 days after receiving the phone that you are allowed to make claims, otherwise you have to pay another deductible? Sounds silly right? Both happened to me. This company is ridiculous!
