I wanted to have my membership cancel, talked to a rep guarantee that I would not be charge. That didn't happen the following month saw a charge for it again. Called five times with different anwers on how to get it cancel. Poor training with there reps supervisor not much help. Please don't give them your credit card big problems with xbox.

I have tried calling four times now and none of them could solve the issue I was having. They all seemed so busy so they gave me something to try and said well why don't you try that and see if that works. well none of it did and none of the reps are very helpful. pitiful excuse for customer service.
I just wanted to say that my review of XBOX live customer service is an A+++++, I wanted xbox live for a year for a discounted rate and there was absolutely no problems with that. I spoke to a man named Cory and his supervisors name is Josh, they were both absolutely wonderful and the overall expirience was amazing!!!
