I must say I have never receive any customer service like the way I receive form this service. It is the worst and i think the company should look into it. I transfer my number to your service on the weekend and i was told it would be done before Monday and to my surprise the phone was not working. Up ttil today Thursday the phone is not working and what is the point of paying your monthly bill without even using it and you all expect me to re up at the end of the month which to me if not fair.Please kindly look into that and the false advert on your website should be taking down seriously.
