I have had my Hair done in your salons, on and off for quite a few years. And I keep giving them the benefit of doubt. First of all, your Hair stylists do not listen to there Client and they keep cutting my hair uneven, to short, overcharged me for product and services without telling me . And now I am done with there services. You call someone a Master Hair Stylist, when they cut your hair uneven!!! Oh , I forgot the part that she told me I was ridiculous. Not very Happy at Jcp. It's time to move on. Very dissatisfied customer
