I work for a JCPenney salon. In our defense to the disappointing comments, we can not leave our clients to answer the phones. We are directed as so. The Company was responsible for the firings of hundreds of receptionists. It's not the employees fault for what is going on. We have to abide by all company standards. Things are getting better, I can promise you that. Yes, they've made mistakes, but what business hasn't? Certain stores carry certain items. Yes we lost some great brands, but we gained a lot of wonderful new brands!! Give us a chance. Honestly, feedback is amazing! Thank you. :-)
