I just got home with a new HP laptop purchase. It came with aps already installed. I logged on to my Netflix account the icon with came on the laptop. The aps gave me an error. I called Customer support and they wanted me to pay 69 dollars to help me with their brand new product out the box with an ap they provided on the product. I was told they won't help me. I am packing this thing up and returning it to the store I purchased it from. It blows my mind HP would not give support to a product purchased just 30 minutes ago. Oh well, I am sure Dell will provide me support if I buy their products. Very disappointed customer.
