This is a brief note to say thank you to your team at the Christiana Mall in Newark Delaware. Over 15 years ago I lost my military ring and had it replaced by your company, approximately 2 months ago it suffered some damage and my wife took it into your store to be refinished. The management took care of this without a charge which was astonishing to me in today's world. I just wanted to take this opportunity to say Thank you so much for you great customer service and care. Respectfully Sydney
