We have a wedding in July in San Diego and booked rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Encinitas....Well my family is staying there and we all have different prices to stay there and you guessed it ours in the most expensive. Will never stay at any Holiday Inn's again and we travel a lot!! Marriott Hotels are much better and their Customer Service is by far the best. Holiday Inn you had better get better CS people and be willing to please the customer instead of your bank account.
