We paid off a loan with Cit Financial and recieved confirmation that Citi Financial received the funds to payoff the loan for our customer. We received a call from our borrower stating that they getting harrassed by a REP from Citi Financial telling them their payment is late. I told our customer to have them contact me the Banker and they refused. I tried to find a fax number to provide them the written confirmation and inform them of the harrassment and can not find a fax number anywhere. I would not do business with this bank.
