demo person

I have begun to demonstrate home insulation at Home Depot stores in California. This insulation is made from rocks instead of fiberglas and is called Roxul. The demo is impressive as it shows fire resistance (I put a blowtorch on it), is non itchy and has other advantages over fiberglas. The store staff and management and consumers are all interested but store does not stock at this time. It is hoped that Home Depot Atlanta HDQ will soon begin to stock California stores with Roxul as interest is surely being developed here.

AC estimate

To whom it may concern, I had an appointment schedule for an estimate for a brand new AC but when called your store in Matthews NC, after been on hold for 20 minutes no one was able to verify if the technician was on time or late! From all these bad reviews that I see on your website it seems that your care for your customers is terrible! Well the economy is still bad, you think that companies, corporations will be more dedicate to their clients. But not you dear Home Depot!!! Probably your profits are so high that you dont need any of us business. That said, I am going shopping for new AC system for my house and my rental properties probably to your competition but I will make sure to tell as many people possible to stay away from doing any business with your company/stores. Once I am done with my shopping it will be my pleasure post how much money you have lost! Have a great day!

Shame on Home Depot SHAME

HD delivered a brand new W/D and their delivery men showed up at 6:30 AM without a prior call and proceeded to cut up my plumbing and used a faulty line for dryer - my old ones worked perfectly fine! I had to hire an electrician and plumber to fix their terrible blunder - it cost me a fortune! And HD told me that it was their Mexican delivery guys fault and HD. Had no responsibility! I hope HD has their mothers treated the way I was treated

Went in to the Home Depot in Ft. Wayne IN March of this year. Order new laminate counter tops (not special order) new sink etc. took 6 months for proper install, way beyond given finish date and this was 2nd time around because of botched installer work first time. Still nearing the end of October and unresolved issues. BUYER BEWARE PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

Perfect to shop

It is a great store to shop, can find every thing you need very easily. Helper staff is always there,bit wait is okay.Everything displays perfectly and can get help with details.You can find little to large things easily.

Help for other employees

IS THIS SOMTHNG CORP-ORATE??? What is the deal,WHY? employees that need help fixing their own homes(NO Discount's YOU KNOW) that there' s not such a thing as a once a month or so, local team of employees with their home improvement skills to help each other. And odd jobs around the house. I would build teamwork and a feeling of community. Get all employees up to to speed & sill of the costumers. esp. S. Floridaused iour

Recent Purchase

On July 11, 2 013 I purchased three appliances totaling $2,418.70. When the delivery company showed up they immediately stated they could not deliver the refridgerator because they could not get it up our stairs. They then told me they could could not deliver the dishwasher because we needed a longer electrical cord or have a electrician move the electrical outlet. They also said they could not deliver the range, again because they could not get it up the stairs and the refridgerator has a shut off valve inside the wall so even if they were able to deliver it they could not hook it to the water line unless we called in a plumber. The next day I called the Murrell's Inlet, SC store and cancelled the entire order thinking we needed to reconsider what we were purchasing. We visited a competitor the following Friday, purchased the same size appliances had them delivered and installed today without incident. All are in and running. Total purchase $2500.00. Just thought you should know there is something terribly wrong with the people you are using to deliver your appliances.

debt card refund on a refrigerator

bought a frig at the casselberry fl store on 7/7. total price with service plan 1,077. canceled order on 7/11. found out to large to fit through outside door of our house. I went to store and canceled and they refunded back on my debt card. The credit is still not on my card. this is very bad service. Can't buy another frig because you still have my money. we have no frig either. i want my money! i have cld the store and they said it takes 3 to 5 days. thats crap. You took my money in 5 seconds but wont give it back my order id is 0262-344577

After many phone calls, I have not received my refund; order no. W213586814. Can you please tell me whats wrong, wheres my refund, or what is the hold up. When I called in and cancelled this order (7/01/2013) I was told it would take 3 to 5 days to recieve it, on my first call, I was told it was never cancelled but she would take care of it. door installation

I purchased a security door and the installation took weeks beyound time I was told it would take by employee in order to induce the sell I think. Now a month after contractor from Home Depot installed the door it is not working properly. I advise the employee of this and was told that he will email the installer, but have not received a call from anyone. This is in the Lansing, Il. store.

I am vey frustrated and disappointed that you and others feel that you need to make decisions for me and other consumers about weather we should purchase Paula Deen products or not. It I my RIGHT to make my own decisions, and not have you decide for me weather I can purchase her products. I hope you reconsider your hair brain decision. Consumers are smart enough to make the right decision for themselves.

Paint Department

This Friday I purchased five 1 gallon cans of paint. Two of the gallons the color was not correct. I took the 2 gallons back to the store this Saturday and no one would correct their error. The store manager was willing to sell me two more gallons at my expense. An additional $65 to me.

Next week I'm purchasing $1,000 more paint and over $5,0000 in appliances. Lowe's here I come.

Home Depot manager keep up the great work at the Rossford/Perrysburg, Ohio store.

Great service

Great Customer Service! I am working on a project for my kids. I figured it out how much I will need and the sizes for both 1/2 board and 2X4. I did a little research before going to the store. it seemed to me that most of people had bad experience when to ask for cutting the wood in store. That certainly was NOT my case. This nice gentleman called Alfred in your Glendora #6617, who was super friendly and professional, helped me and eased my worries and made my project so much easier. What a service! I really appreciate his help and the excellent customer service.

Veterans Discount

Glad to see someone else has spoken up about how Home Depot is putting the screws to veterans, by not allowing them to use just a VA card to get the discount. I have talked to my local VFW and AM. LEGION posts, and most all members say they will quit shopping there.
