Service an food has been bad at this location for 6 months. This visit, we had to go ask for eating utensils. My daughter ordered a to go order but the waitress just left the order on the counter. Her food was cold before she even got home with it. The baked potatoe was hard. Once our food was delivered, we were not asked if we needed anything or given refills without asking for them
