I was curious as to how the Operations manager got her job with no credentials or college degree as the Operations manager at other locations have degrees also The Operations manager at the Burlington branch has got to be the rudest persons I have ever met and I was not the only member to complain about her.she was rude and when working out you can hear her voice carry throughout the club. This in my opinion is not by any means professionalism,This is a person that should not be in customer service.
