I shop at Harvey's in Cochran, Ga because it is convenient to my home and great prices. I recently called the bakery to place a order of 24 cupcakes. The lady proceeded to tell me the most she could do would be 16. She was not willing to explain why and was not friendly about it when I asked why. I took my bakery business to Piggly Wiggly 2 miles further, because of her inablility to help me.
