Broken items

Today I went to five below to get a wireless fm adapter for my phone so I could play music in my car. It was 5 dollars, after I bought it I immediately took it out to my car to try it out and it was totally broken. I took it back into the store not even 2 minutes after I had purchased it and they said they do not give refunds. I guess 5 below likes to make their money by scamming people and I for one do not like to see businesses like that thrive.

Terrible customer service

Bought an item while shopping there that was apparently in the wrong place so when I checked out it was $2 more dollars than I thought. The manager then told me she would not sell it to me for that price, even though I showed her where I got it and the price was clearly what I had said. She said well it's in the wrong place so it's $5. So I said ok I just won't get it. She said well you can only have store credit! She became very very rude when I said no I just want my Money back. She eventually gave me my money back very very begrudgingly. Never been treated soooooo poorly in a store ever!

Lazy associate

I was shopping in your Allentown store on Airport Road.I basically ran in for tiki torches and did pick up a few more items.No customer service what so ever in that store.When I first entered into the store the associate didnot even acknowledge me except to excuse herself so she could get past me.I ibis he'd my shopping and proceeded to the register,the associate just rang my purchase without even really paying much attention to me,seemed to me that I was a bother to her and finished my sale by leaving my package in the bag holder for me to get on my own.She recognized that I had to pick up the Tiki torches and didn't bother to ask if I needed help.
