The taco salad at Paradise, CA, Black Bear diner does not taste like a taco salad. The only similarity being it was served in a very nice tortilla and there was plenty of it. BUT, none of the main ingrediants that make it taste Mexican, like BEANSs, RICE, SOUR CREAM and GUACAMOLE. There WAS part of a sliced avacado but that doesn't constitute guacamole. I expected to taste "Mexican" but what I got was a regular salad with some hamburger on the top served in a tortilla. Service was great, area was clean, employees friendly and courteous but PLEASE get the taco salad straightened out. I don't go back to restaurants where I've been disappointed.
