Nothing like ruining a full exhausting great experience at Disney with very rude drivers with the shuttle service when leaving the grounds. I believe they are working because of us needing their service if i am not mistaken.. One driver yelled at people to hurry up who were older and i am sure tired. The one in particular named WILLIE told me to do his job and he didn't care about a seat for us because he had one. The night shift leader took the report which i am sure will be trashed. Where do you get these drivers? are they on work release from a local jail? They sure act like it .Customer beware after 6pm the Meers service takes a even bigger nose dive in poor service. Plan on waiting and pushed around for an hour at a time. They monopolized the bus service and in return leave a bad taste about Disneys service before and after leaving the park.They are representing bad experiences for many who came for a good time. There is NO EXCUSE for good service. My wife with cancer and myself with an health issue wanted to make this a memorable time for our group of 9 people and for the most part it was, but Disney needs to take long and hard look at the work they source out...Take a ride sometime after 6 pm and see what a nightmare it is. I saw one young couple removed 2 times with little ones... Easy fix, but will something be done ..Time will tell. Not in my life time. I'm sure of it!!!
