Complaint
I went to Alabama Ave store to pick up Birthday Cake between 1-2pm and told the female behind the counter I was there to pick up the cake. Before I could ask for the receipt so I could pay for it she said what time are u suppose to pick up the cake and rudely said to me did u pay for it. I said until u give me the receipt I cannot pay. She being rude again and under her breath making negative remarks about me to the other female. I should have gotton her name. And called the manager over. When I got back with the receipt she would not look at it and made me wait when the cake was. On the counter. You need to train your personnel better.
