I recently visited the Pandora store at La Palmera and was very disappointed by the level of service received. This location is NOT set up to accept major gift cards or even La Palmera gift cards. Aside from that obvious short falling, when I ordered a piece of jewelry, I was not notified (although policy is that customer should be notified) that orders placed will take TWO to THREE weeks. It would seem like a meeting and apology are in order.
