I purchased gift cards at Safeway and sent them in the mail and they never got there. I called Safeway and they went to great trouble and gave me the numbers of the cards. I contacted Forever 22 and they refused to give me the pen numbers, even though they could have done so with the card numbers, and will not allow me to use these cards. Please never do business with this company if you value your money or time.
