I visited the sotre 485 today... two cashiers... 20 employess walking around the store with their headphones and 50 people in the line waiting to pay. When it was my turn to pay for my items, i told the cashier you should have more registers open. That was when the manager overheard me and all the rudness said " we are doing our best ... this is it." I was so shoocked of her lack if custoer service and training. i asked her if she was the manager and she did not answer. the cashier told me that she was... i told her that she is very rude and i will write complaint.. she said " go ahead... i like complaints....." Not sure her trining and background, but needs some managment trainings. While i was paying she start telling her employees about our conversation... i said to her you should work on your managments skills she said: I Everybody loves ME !!!! i am busy you can leave." Everybody loves you.... may be they are just frick out about your stinky attitude.... You want customer to go to your store and have a good experience and spend their money... Please get her management training or give her some time off to relex.
