We ordered pizzas and they said it would be delivered in 25 minutes. We called back after 53 minutes and the person on the phone said that they dropped the pizza. After we asked why no one called to tell us that it would be longer than 25 minutes, he didn't have an answer and rudely replied it will be on the way. They delivered the pizza an hour and ten minutes after we ordered it. The pizza was not eaten because the children already went to bed.
This is not how to do business and you lost a loyal customer!!
