I order my pizza by phone to pick up at 5:56 walked in at 6:15 paid and sat and waited and waited people walked in order and got there pizza when I asked about my pizza they walked around trying to figure it out 5 min later a girl comes out does not apologize but continues to tell me that my pizza is in the oven and that it will be 6 more min and that for my inconvenience I can have a two litter soda to what I responded I don't drink soda and said I just want my pizza the girl went back and ten min later I finaly got my pizza at 7:05 no apology i was just let walk out the door I wasted an hour the convenience of picking up a pizza for a quick dinner was all but convenient the pizza was great but horrible customer service and the lack of acknowledgement and ownership to their mistake makes me never want to come back
