customer service sucks
Recieved a call on 9/27 @936 a.m. to let me know my glasses where ready for pick up. I replied BOTH PAIR, the woman on the other end of the phone from eyeglass world said YES MA'AM. Well I on 10/03 @ 1245pm to pick them up. Waited 1/2 an hour before being seen. Then was told the only pair of glasses that were finished was my sun glasses. I proceeded to explain that i was told that both pair were completed. Well the woman helping me was not very help. The opitian was out to lunch until 200pm and that I would have to return for the otheer pair. Well I have been going to this location on Tropicana and Pecoes for three years, never had this problem. I will never recommend this location ever again to my familly or friends. Different staff and customer service sucks.....
