I wasted 15 minutes of my life trying to place a $30 order (including tax & tip) only to grow so frustrated that I went elsewhere. Upon trying to contact customer service, I found out that there is no customer service. Enough said. I know they will not go out of business without mine, but they will NEVER get mine again. I run a 4 star hotel in the evenings and on Tuesday when I go back to work, I am removing their coupons and phone numbers from our directories. I know customer service and this is unacceptable. Too bad too, because their product has improved considerably in the last couple of years.
