DHL Customer Service

DHL Delivery person came but baggage didn't delivered my appartment they put the sign our building main door. I call office but office closed

I had two large boxes delivered to my house that turned out to be the result of fraud on my credit card when I was in India. I called DHL and in less than 10 minutes they took all of the required information and scheduled a pick-up at my house to return the boxes to India. I couldn't be happier.

dhl HAS MESSED UP ONCE AGAIN. MY ORDER WAS TO BE HERE YESTURDAY THEN THEY MESSED UP THAT DAY.. THEN TODAY THEN RE MESSED IT UP ..SHAME CAUSE THERE WAS XMAS GIFTS FOR THE BABIES IN THAT PACKAGE.. NOW SENCE THERE MESS UP WE GOTTA WAIT TILL AFTER NEW YEARS .SHAME.. THEY COVER THERE BUTTS WELL WITH LIES.
