Purchased a gift card to McCormick And Schmicks and gave as a gift, the elderly recipent loss the cards. The problem was that no note is on your receipt as to the actual numbers on the card,just your item number . So when I contacted the restaurant they could give us no relief for the loss. I imagine this scenerio does happen with some frequency and I believe the added registering of the gift card numbers would be a real added value.I would appreciate a response as to your thoughts on this matter..
