My cable was wired incorrectly - not grounded - shorted out my television twice. Then when I had them come look at my wiring they 'fixed' everything so that I should no longer have problems but will not reimburse me for my television - I have only requested one not both to be covered. Then, they double bill me and want me to pay the entire bill before they make changes to the charges with credits...no Thank You...so I cancel my service. Then I return their equipment and a week later begin receiving collection calls. They tell me that it takes 15 days to update the collection agency that I should not be receiving calls from anyway and to ignore the calls...Sorry, I cannot ignore my telephone ringing from a collection agency. I should have never gone back with their service and now I know that I for sure will never ever go back to their service - I will go without T.V. and internet before supporting their HORRIBLE call centers.
