All I wanted to know were hours of the Sunnyvale office. When we were there last summer, they indicated they expected to be closing that office. I had three different useless, long, phone calls and when I finally got to person, they would not even speak to me until I gave them my personal information. Which I did not wish to do for the simple question I was asking. The person on phone wanted to know WHY I wished to know the hours of that location. I asked, why doest that matter? I'd simply like to know if the office was still open. We find we need to drive there ourselves to find out if it's open and return a box. We shall see. If I had ANY options other than Comcast I would use them. ANY. But I am in a townhome grouping and am required stay with Comcast. UGH!!
