I pre order a cake for my son's birthday, and well i went to pick up and well i got very disappointing news, the so call manager came up to me to informed me that he miss read the order form and thought it was for the following week and pretty much informed me that their was nothing he could do . He didn't offer me any other cake , and he said all he could do was say "sorry" .. I came home cake less to my son who was waiting on his birthday cake anxiously.
