you need to hire more friendly ladies in the reception desk. most of them are snobby. i love this place but i hate to check in sometimes, because most of the girls are not paying attention. they don't even say hi, they scan the club card and busy chatting with their co worker. its not very pleasant to come here once in a while. times like this, you guys have a lot of competitors. Train your associates to be more friendly.....
