No one would help me with the simplest task of opening a cabinet in electronics so I could buy my nephew a video game. They kept passing the task on the the next one. Not only this but when I went up to the electronics desk to ask for help they were very rude and told me that I would have to wait. There was no one else here. They then proceeded to return to their group conversation. No longer will I shop here ever. Worst experience ever.
This is the wrost place for someone to bring car to be fixed, check up or to do anything. Bunch of lazy guys.
I called a few times and the phone rang for over 5 minutes without speaking to one person. If no one is in the department at least have someone answer!
Just had lube, oil, filter and summer wheel change over. Very convenient and Gary makes the shop work. Great with customers.
i had a refund on my visa that wasn't debited to my account for over $30. Remember to keep all your receipts as the store doesn't keep track.
Garry is the only good thing about the shop..The mechanics made a couple of mistakes thst only rookies would make and they were both older guys...
Excellent service from Garry at Northland Auto. Prompt and very effiicient. I noticed he remembers his customers names and takes care of their individual needs. He actually listens to his customers.
