I went in yesterday with a pair of glasses belonging to my mother in law. Mom had fallen and bent the frame and scratched the lens. The young man that assisted me did a great job of adjusting the frames and cleaning the lens. Even though the glasses were not purchased there I was treated as if they had been. Thanks for the great customer service!
Visionworks, formerly, Dr. Value Vision located besides Cheddar's in Mt. Juliet. I was a customer before they changed management and had the pleasure of visiting the new one today for lenses after cataract surgery. The store was packed. But it didn't stop them from attending to everyone's needs in a professional manner . I happened to be helped by Jason, the GM. He went over and beyond to satisfy my needs. I strongly recommend this store for all your vision needs. And hey, much cheaper. I mean 2 for 1, that is a great deal.
My son needed a contact before his football game. We were in a panic. While we had never been to Vision Works, they were very receptive and understanding. Vision Works was extremely helpful. They had his contact. They were customer oriented, friendly and very helpful. They have earned my business.
