Horrible
Never answers phone. How can one get anything done with the post office if you can not reach them. So many complaints and nothing changes. It is time to speak with the post master general. If you agree make the call.

Wonderful service. Love this post office.
Wet mail!!
The person delivering my mail allowed it to sit out in the rain and get completely drenched before shoving it in my mailbox. All of my mail and important document are completely ruined. Horrible service!!
No phone answer
I cannot understand why no one answers the phone. How is someone to resolve a problem. I can't believe the postal service allows this to continue

Nobody answer the phone ...... I been calling for almost a week to book an appointment .. NO Answer .

Yup, never answers the phone. Have found staff very helpful though. Maybe the ringer is disabled?

Not only are the lines usually long, but the do not answer the phone to make appointments that they require for passports.
