This Post Office lost my certified Mail and they don’t care!

I’m disgusted with the behavior of the office representative.He didn’t do his job by certifying my mail. The tracking number on the receipt was wrong and I couldn’t track it. After 8 days I went back to the office to ask for a help to find the mail. The answer of the representative was: I can’t do any thing, I can’t take any complain, I’m not responsible. If you going to do any business with this post office and something goes wrong: “Neither you nor the recipient will be able to collect any compensation for the loss” That’s the Motto of the Post Office! Good luck!
