Lazy employees

I had a very important item that was suppose to be delivered on wed. It got here wed and said it was a undeliverable address. I receive packages here all the time. So i called on Friday to see where it could be and they have no clue where my package is. The communication with the delivery and office is poor. How can a company as big as usps not know where their delivery people place packages.

I had two pieces of mail dated February 2013...arrived my mailbox May 10, 2013. Called and spoke to a Supervisor, her reply was just "we do not hold mail". She never asked my address...or name...etc.

Service

They are the worse! I was unable to add my P.O.Box to my online account and they did not know how to fix it. They kept telling me I have to use the same credit card but I was explaining to them it will not let me get that far. Then when I asked the lady is she familiar with the online service she did not say anything. I am out of town and have to get someone to go in the office to pay my P.O. Box all becasue they do not know what they are doing and did not even try to find out. If it was not for my business I would change. Do NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE!

This is the worst Post Office ever

I have had a post office box with this area for years. However, within th past two years I have had nothing, but issue with this company. I have called and request to speak with manger, who for some reason is never avaible to speak with me when. I was told once that the manger will call me back, but I never recieved a call back. Not only that for almost two months they had locked my box after I paid them. I have to say I have had a P.O. Box with them for years, but I am closing it out because of the services.
