I am absolutely mortified every time I come to this postal office to pick up my packages. The office never opens on time and when you arrive there are always approximately 15-20 people waiting in line. This has to be the WORST postal service I've encountered in South Florida. I would consider relocating just so I never have to pick up my packages from this location. Corporate needs to intervene ASAP!!!
I have been waiting over 1hr on an office that is supposed to open at 8am, i came to pick up my mail witha pink slip that says office opens at 8am and door is closed, there are like 20 people in line This is horrible!!
It has been 1 1/2 weeks I suddenly stopped receiving my mail. I went to this post office already 2x and each time they're telling that they'll call me, which they never did. Are they going to be responsible for my bills I will not be able to pay in time?? This is a nightmare.
I am a little concerned over not receiving my mail at this post office. Actually, I have had a small private box at this same location for 6 months, and have never any problems with receiving my mail before. Two weeks ago, I was waiting to pick up two small packages that apparently has the same tracking numbers, I only received one.
