I would never recommend!

I have never been so frustrated trying to set up a new service after moving! We have waited 2 weeks for installation and still have nothing! I have called time warner 6+ times and there is a huge lack of communication, if there was any other options in our area I would surely go through them, unfortunately time warner is the only provider!

door tag

I recieve a door tag saying i will be disconnected if i do not schedule a service call to make sure there are no FCC regulations being violated. I call to take care of this matter and they have no clue what i am talking about. They just keep repeating there is no problem with your account you've paid your bill. Then give me the wrong number to the local time warner cable to see if they know anything about this door tag i received i really wish there was another internet provider i would switch in a heart beat. What a joke.

This is A Crap Service

I would just like to say I am very disappointed in the service and thinking about switching ...my bill is paid and service will not come back on. My wife needs to get online for school and they say it can take 24 he's before it can be restored....it's a new policy is what they tell me.....I am disappointed Time Warner Cable Sucks...I would never recommend it to no one

HORRIBLE !!!

My cable box has to be rebooted at least 5-6 times a month...The ads that cable charges us to watch are getting to be an epidemic...The movies have run at least 5 times before, the internet is always suddenly shutting down, and last but not least....the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Had 3 techs give me the shaft by hanging up...I figured it out....they sent me a DOA modem. What a joke..

after 55 minutes of waiting on the phone for billing i was finally connected and then hung up on.i am pissed!!
