terrible service/food/drink
I am a frequent Sonic customer and have never had bad service or food/drink until today. I waited 20 minutes for a corndog and cherry sprite. After 20 minutes I pushed the button and asked about my order. I received excuse after excuse. When my food/drink was delivered I again received more excuses. The corndog was cold and the cherry sprite was really cherry carbonated water--no sprite syrup at all. I called the restaurant and again received more excuses (the person that took your order rang it on the wrong stall, we got busy, we were slammed when you got here) Not once did any employee apologize or take ownership for the bad service. I will continue to go to Sonic but I wont do it at this location. My complaint is in hopes that this problem is resolved so no one else receives this type of service and gives Sonic a bad reputation.
